Brokered nursing is available in Townsville and surrounding locations. We provide trusted, in-home nursing support to those who need it now, on behalf of your organisation. We work with GP practices, Hospital teams, NDIS, Residential Aged Care Homes, community services, and other health providers to arrange this care. It offers a practical way to ensure clients receive skilled care at home while they are waiting for services to begin, experiencing gaps in support, or needing short-term nursing input to stay safe and stable.
Brokered nursing acts as a bridge between healthcare and home, giving you confidence that your clients are monitored, supported, and guided during periods where they may otherwise be vulnerable or at risk of decline.
We work alongside your team rather than around it, providing clear communication and aligning our actions with your goals. Our approach is calm, responsive and practical, ensuring that clients receive timely nursing care while you remain informed and connected.
Rural & remote outreach
We offer outreach visits that are grouped to remain viable and consistent. These visits provide essential in-home nursing to people who have limited access to help maintain continuity across large distances. We cover areas surrounding Townsville, Mt Isa, Charters Towers, and Ingham by negotiation.

Ongoing complex care support (capped)
From $500* per month plus GST
Regular, skilled nursing adapted to individual situations, with time for reporting and collaboration.
Includes up to 5 hours (face-to-face visits, telehealth, reports, coordination, MDT time, & follow-up)
Additional hours billed at $125 per hour (as needed)
Capped availability to ensure high-quality care
Weekly or tailored regular visits
Case coordination and liaison Monthly written clinical update/report
Monthly phone check-in with care coordinator, client, or family
Optional attendance at MDT meetings
Comprehensive notes and documentation
